The motion controlled PLC provide smooth function of Spindle and Table mechanism. Human Machine Interface (HMI) grant automatic Depth of Cut and table length setting. At the end, achieving desired key-ways / drills specification, the machine gets automatically stopped with instant buzzer sound. The spindle and table are automatically reaches to its home position after successfully completion of job cycle.
